Resource of the Month – September 2022

Did you know that the Project Success website is full of ready-to-use educator resources, all of which can be easily downloaded or printed? Check out the site for resources on a range of topics, including behavior, IEP goal writing, and formative assessment. Creating a Collaboration Plan is September’s resource of the month.

As you start the school year off, you’ll want to make sure your team is all on the same page. This template helps you to build collaborative teams with co-teachers, general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related services professionals, and administrators. Using this template will help you to:

• Share common beliefs and work toward common goals

• Establish and share roles and responsibilities

• Meet regularly and consistently

• Have an agenda (agreed upon in advance)

• Develop action steps and plan for follow-ups as part of the agenda for future meetings
